Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely using our trusted courier partners. Please review our shipping terms below.

Delivery Options
- Same-Day Delivery
  - Available for orders placed before 11:30 AM.
  - Delivery charges start from BHD 1.5, and can go up to BHD 3 depending on your location.
  - Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery (subject to courier availability and location).
- Next-Day Delivery
  - Available for all orders placed after 11:30 AM.
  - Delivery fee: BHD 1 – 1.5 depending on your area.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- No deliveries on Sundays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

We currently offer international shipping to GCC countries through our courier partners.
Delivery times and rates may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing time: 24–48 hours before dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes at the destination.
- These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
