Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on Playbh.com, operated by Play Fair Sale Games W.L.L (Kingdom of Bahrain).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 12 hours of confirmation.

• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.

• Processing may be delayed during public holidays or high-volume periods.

• No deliveries are made on Fridays or Sundays.

2. Bahrain Delivery Options

Parcel Delivery

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM

• Delivery fee: 1 – 4 BHD (based on location)

UBEX Same-Day

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM

• Delivery fee: 1.5 BHD

UBEX Next-Day

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM

• Delivery fee: 1.5 BHD

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.

3. GCC & International Shipping

For GCC and international orders, we ship via SMSA.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days

• Economy and Express options available

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

• Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

• We do not ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Couriers will attempt delivery twice

• If the customer is unreachable, the order will be returned to Play Fair Sale Games W.L.L

• The order will be canceled

• Redelivery charges may apply for reshipment

5. Store Pickup

Customers may select Free Store Pickup from:

📍 Shop 123, 1st Floor, Saar Mall, Kingdom of Bahrain

• Orders must be collected within 3 days

• Uncollected orders may be canceled

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos of packaging and product are required

• If damage occurred during transit → courier is liable

• If damage occurred after delivery → customer is responsible

• If manufacturer defect → we will arrange replacement or solution
